AT&T Email Campaigns
I led the creative direction and design for a series of email campaigns, ensuring all visual elements were aligned with the brand’s identity. As part of the project, I played a key role in developing a new design system specifically for email campaigns, which included clear guidelines for typography, layout, color, and hierarchy to bring consistency and scalability to future communications.
The original emails were inconsistent and overly long, so I redesigned the template to create a cleaner, more concise format that improved both the user experience and visual clarity. As part of the redesign, we also made accessibility a priority by ensuring the emails were ADA compliant—focusing on color contrast, readable type, and proper structure for screen readers.
I collaborated closely with the development team to implement the new templates and design system, making sure everything worked responsively and stayed on brand. The result was a unified, modern email experience that improved readability, accessibility, and overall brand perception.

Email Design System Development
As part of a broader effort to improve the brand’s email marketing, I helped create a scalable design system specifically for email campaigns. Prior to this initiative, email designs were inconsistent, lacked structure, and required starting from scratch each time—leading to inefficiencies and off-brand visuals.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, I helped establish a flexible yet structured system that included reusable components, defined typography styles, color usage, spacing rules, and layout patterns optimized for responsiveness. The design system served as a single source of truth for both designers and developers, allowing us to work faster while ensuring visual and brand consistency across all emails.
By standardizing elements and streamlining workflows, the system not only improved design quality but also reduced production time and made scaling campaigns significantly more efficient.
